4. Couscous pulav
Couscous is a mediterranean pasta and looks like big rava and tastes similar too.
Coucous - 2 cups
choppped veggies (onions, carrots, beans, peppers, peas) - 1 cup
butter or oil - 1tsp
cinnamon stick 1
cloves - 2
black pepper - 1/2 tsp
cumin - 1 tsp
bay leaf - 1
chopped green chillies - 4 or 5
ginger grated 1 tsp
garlic minced - 3 or 4 cloves
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
salt

Heat oil in a pan, add the spices and hing and fry till brown. add onions, fry till tender. Add rest of veggies, water and salt. Cook till veggies are soft. Add couscous and stir well. Turn the heat to low. It doesn't take long to cook the couscous, so make sure you don't burn it. Serve hot.
